Location: Marshall, MN 56258
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Seasonal / Summer

Position Summary:
We’re looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team for the summer as Sanitation Help. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and supporting sanitation efforts in an industrial environment. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, work as part of a team, and contribute to a clean and safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize equipment, walls, floors, and work areas in an industrial setting
• Assist with organizing and storing tools and equipment
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow the established Sanitation Schedule
• Keep work areas neat and equipment properly stored
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Use computer systems for basic safety and sanitation documentation
• Complete all tasks safely and follow company safety protocols
• Maintain regular, prompt attendance
• Perform other similar duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Prior factory or industrial experience (preferred)
• Strong focus on safety and cleanliness
• Basic computer and email skills
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Occasionally work at elevated levels
